About RRUMC

With a long tradition of sharing the good news of Christ and serving our neighbors in the Richmond area, River Road United Methodist Church is now a vibrant, growing, congregation. We are located in the West End of Richmond, but we come from all over the Richmond region.

Our vision statement is "Living, Loving and Giving Like Jesus." About 350 of us worship in our three distinctly different worship services each weekend. Our church is in the business of making disciples of Jesus, and not merely members of a church. Our staff and members are creative in developing small group studies for a wide variety of interests and levels. No matter where you are on your faith journey, we meet you there.

When our visitors decide to become members, we ask that they worship regularly, engage in small groups, to pray daily, to give a percentage of their income, and to participate in some form of Christian service.
